Hot Toddy1 oz. Whiskey
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/4 Lemon
1 cup Boiling Water
Cinnamon Stick
Whole Clove
Coat the bottom of a mug with the honey, add liquor and juice of the lemon. On the side, boil water with cinnamon, cloves and lemon rind for about 3 minutes. Pour the water through a strainer into the mug. Serve with a fresh lemon wedge.

Marachino Cherry
Add a stir straw and a lemon twist.

Washington Apple1/2 oz. Whiskey
1/2 oz. Sour Apple Schnapps
1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
3-4 Mint Leaves
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into a shot glass.
