Originally created by a doctor looking for an inexpensive medicine in the 1600’s, gin quickly became one of Europe’s most popular spirits. Gin’s characteristic flavor comes from juniper berries.

Gimlet 2 oz. Gin Splash of Rose’s Lime Juice Pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Gin Rickey 1 oz. Gin Juice of 1/2 a lime Pour over ice in a rocks glass. Fill with Club Soda. Garnish with lime wedge.

Tom Collins 1-1/2 oz. Gin 3-1/2 oz. Sour Mix Shake with ice. Strain into ice filled glass. Add a splash of Club Soda.
