Peaches & Cream2 oz. Peach Brandy
1 oz. Cream
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Apricot Stone Sour2 oz. Apricot Brandy
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Mix well and serve in a tall glass.

Singapore Sling1 1/2oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Cherry Liqueur or Cherry Brandy
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Club Soda, Sugar
Combine gin, lemon juice, and sugar in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Fill with soda and float the cherry liqueur/brandy on top.
