LIQUOR
A good basic liquor supply should include:
- 2 Liters Korski Vodka
- 1 Liter Lady Bligh Spiced Rum
- 1 Liter Paramount Gin
- 1 Liter Canadian Bay
- 1 Liter Blended Whiskey
- 1 Liter Scotch
- 1 Liter Paramount White Rum
- 1 Liter La Prima Tequila
- 1 Liter Paramount Peach Schnapps
- 1 750 Ml Meier's Dry Vermouth
- 1 750 Ml Meier's Sweet Vermouth
5 Assorted Liqueurs (Paramount Amaretto, Paramount
Creme de Menthe, Paramount Flavored Schnapps, etc.)
GLASSWARE
The right glass can definitely make a drink more pleasurable, but you needn't own a special glass for each drink you mix. Two basic shapes are adaptable for most drinks: on-the-rocks with or without a short stem, it has become the all-purpose drink glass; and the tulip-shaped wine glass holding 8 to 11 ounces, it can even be used for water at the dining table. Eventually, you may want to supplement your glassware to include sours, steins, tulip or saucer champagne glasses (also good for serving desserts.)EQUIPMENT
Some other items you'll need to outfit your bar include: a bottle opener, a corkscrew, ice tongs, bar strainer, 1 1/2 oz. jigger, a stainless steel knife, an ice bucket, serving tray, stirrers, coasters and napkins.
